hi from southern ontario. this forum has been a great help, tons of great advice and great recipes. ive had my obs for a little over a year,and just can,t stop tring different things to smoke. ive got 12lbs of summersausage in right now, smoking with cherry for two hours and then bringing heat up to 170 to finish off. this is my first atempt at sausage,whish me luck. ps. will try to post pics on sausage board when done. thanks

trying to get pics up today with photobucket. this is all new to me,so i will ask my 14year old to help. plus was a little busy with holloween yesterday. also took some pics of venison snack sticks i did yesterday,so i,ll try to get them up as well. whole family was surprised with both of the sausage and the snack sticks,they came out great.
