Title: Salt conversion
Post by: watchdog56 on October 30, 2009, 04:43:56 PM
Somewhere, I can't remember someone posted a chart describing the difference and conversion for the different types of salt. Does anyone know where it is? I can't seem to find it.

Try this link: http://www.mortonsalt.com/salt_guide/index.html

The conversion table is at the bottom of the page.

That guide is for Morton salt, and it is a good reference. Keep in mind Diamond Crystal salt measures differently, as does various course sea salts made by different manufacturers.
