Yuan Ming has "whole fresh spare ribs" on sale for $.88c/lb. They each weigh about 8lbs.

That is a good price. wish I was closer. I bought 15 racks of ribs last week for 99 a lb.

I've hardly ever seen them less than $1.99/lb here in Ontario unless they are those seasoned vac packs... and I don't like buying meat already "seasoned."

Wgat is the intersection they are at?
I am thinking I might take a drive over there tomorrow and fill my trunk.
Not much room left in my freezer though.  must be at least a 12 racks of backs in there already seasoned waiting for me to call
them to action.
