Post by: Toker on November 01, 2009, 12:24:39 AM
HI, i just finished 17 lbs of cured bellies bacon Tuesday and since, they are vacuum-sealed in my fridge. How long can i keep them before having to freeze them? Cured 16 days soaked 2h and cooked until IT 139 vac-sealed since Tuesday noon. Thanks

Let's see - Its cured, and cooked - I have had mine in the fridge two weeks.

but it hardly ever lasts that long around here.
