Anybody game?
Unless I get dragged again from Jordan on another sudden business trip, I plan to make a big turkey for thanksgiving for some american friends of ours in Amman. In the Bradley of course. Plan to post pictures here and might as well send them a few. So Guess I am game
HR
squirt, you should win that thing.
Wondering how you plan to make your turkey...I want to make one, but I just purchased the Bradley electric 4 rack and need some help or recipies....
Sounds like a nice contest with *cough* no limitations of who may enter.
I would love to try, lord knows I need another Big Easy! But I'll be cooking a small breast only. My wifes family likes their turkey in a crock pot :'( so I get to cook one for me and the wife and sneek it in the back door! LOL
I don't think a breast would win any contest. You would think having a son inlaw that's pretty good with a Big Easy would be asked to cook a turkey? ;)
I think I'm going to try for this. I went to the web site but the instructions seem a little on the sparse side. Does anyone know what format they want it in (Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and what format the pictures should be in (jPEG, bitmap, etc.) ?

From what I read when I first heard about this, just explain your procedure in an email, and attach pics of the before/during/after. (JPEG)
They'll reformat it all and post it on the bbqgrail.com blog.

Wow that is a new one on me. It must be one really big pot or one small bird.
