Hello everyone in the Bradley smoker world.
Have been lurking for a couple of months figured I should sign in and say hi.
I currently have the OBS and is working great, tho I have had to replace the plastic control face plate and will be installing some back legs on the front, as suggested on a previous post.
As I live close to the head office I had the luxury of stopping in and picking up the new parts and was greeted by a very friendly gal at the front desk, who was very helpful. As well I had a nice chat with a fella that came out of an office in the back, sorry I never got your name.
The service I received was second to none, great company to deal with.
OK back to more reading.

Hey thanks for all the welcomes.
I have been smoking salmon for about 15 years or more and have always used a Little Chief, that I had built a plywood box that it sat in.
Nothing compares to the Bradley tho.
I have had mine for about 2 years now and until I found these forums I never realized how versatile it is.
Look out ribs ;D
Welcome to the forum CK. Good techniques, recipes and general advice here. And of course a lot of wise A$$ comments. ;D
My OBS faceplate cracked up too. I just put the new one on last week.
Get those ribs going.
Mmmmm, Ribs.
Dont leave us hangin, bring on the ribs. :D
Got any secret recipe's for some killer Salmon?
Welcome Aboard CK!! I would be willing to bet that the fella that came out of the back room was BRIAN. He is the administrator of the site and our go to guy when there is a problem. He is the probably the one that directed you to the forum.
Welcome to the forum CK. As the others have said,
Lots of info here.
Joe

Naww, the heck with them just go through TN and KY and pick up me and KYNOla. I mean, doesn't Big Al Gore say we should save on unnecessary trips and a trip to california would be unnecessary! ;D ;D If you go to CA, you might have to buy some of his high-priced carbon credits!

Hey guys, thought I would come to this site after Ka Honu and Savannahsmoker have talked about how y'all are smoking turkeys and finishing in TBE.
Hi tmb and welcome. My first TBE chicken was a crash and burn but I believe it was my fault. I'm going to practice on another yard bird this weekend. Then I go for the turkey for Thanksgiving.
Caneyscud,
Thanks for pointing FLBR in the right navigational direction! :D
I'll be in your city next weekend for Mannhein Steamroller Saturday night and Guy Fieri and Anne Burrell Sunday night!
KyNola
I think you will need a train not a bus. Hello CK I don't know how I missed you when you first posted but welcome to the forum. I live here in Surrey and with RossP in Langley you have plenty of local support plus the Okanogan and Van Isle too.
