Title: lem sausage seasoning...

i am going to smoke some sausage using LEM backwoods seasoning mix.  is there anything else i need to add to it?  (cure)  it says do not add salt.....   anyone used it before?  is it any good?

LEM seasonings are very good. Everything is there just add the mix to the water in the mixing directions.

Welcome to the forum BTucker.

The only thing I will add is to make sure it is one of Lem's "Cured" Sausage Seasoning and not their "Fresh" Sausage Seasoning.
