You da man MW....mixin'it up with CS on their OWN forum[}:)][:D][;)] Actually, I must confess to using some mesquite pucks in my grill from time to time.....might be expensive but they sure make the grilled meats taste GREAT[:p][:p]  On this subject, our local builders supply store sells Bradleys....I was yakking with them last week about their sales locally and they told me that one guy in town actually turns alder branches (grows like blackberry bushes around here) on his lathe then cuts them into pucks[:0] That ain't CHEAP, that's MENTAL[xx(]

35 years of extinguishing smoking stuff and now I'm wondering WHY!

You MIGHT be cheap, and we're all a little mental in our own ways, but you ain't THAT mental[;)]  Now, if I see any postings from you, looking for a lathe or ShopSmith, I'll start to wonder....[:D][:0][;)]

Atta boy Mallard,
Let em have it![8D]
I've been very busy of late, so I've been neglecting my Bradley duties[:(][:I][:(], from what you said in some other threads (27 cases this month) I'm surprised you've been to [}:)]<s>cookshack</s>[}:)] forum.

Bradley pucks in a CS...LOL, next thing you'll see is an order to Chez Bubba for 500 roof vents, and a thread about how to mod and chop a hole in top to stop rubber chicken!!![:D][:D][:D]

White,

The thing is, it looks like he liked using them.  I accually had another line in there that I deleted that said "go get your own wood and weigh it" but I thought I might get kicked off.  I am known around there as the Bradley lover.

WTG, Duck-man!  I just got around to reading this thread as I'm catching up on the backwash from a 10-day vacation in Punta Cana (I'd post the pics, but it would put everyone off their feed for at least a few days . . .).

I love the fact that they worry about a few bucks more every few months for pucks when they've already shelled out $200+ more for an inferior smoker!

Have a great Easter weekend [:D][8D]
