Trusty old Henkel - no picture or link.
Meat Grinder
Maverick MM 5501 (http://www.pleasanthillgrain.com/maverick_meat_grinders_food.aspx)
Smoker(s)
Little Chief Front Loader (http://domsoutdoor.com/product.asp?pn=1-014148&bhcd2=1258751890) (At Birch Bay)
SMI 20 Lb Aluminum Insulated Smoker (http://www.sausagemaker.com/4080020lbcapacityaluminuminsulatedsmokehouse.aspx) (Really old, still have it, going to take it to Birch Bay now I have my Ranco controller for both the SMI and the Bradley)
Original Bradley Smoker (http://www.amazon.com/Bradley-BTIS1-Original-Automatic-Outdoor/dp/B000FK2DNM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1258752170&sr=8-1) (New, love the separate smoke generator, this is my new "go-to" machine!)
Brinkman Electric Water Smoker (http://www.amazon.com/Brinkmann-810-7080-K-Electric-Gourmet-Smoker/dp/B000HM8DMS/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1258752335&sr=1-2-fkmr0) (Two - one in Fall City and one in Birch Bay! Mostly used for butts, picnic hams, briskets and ribs with Wild Willy's Rub from Smoke and Spice!)
Temperature Controller
Ranco ETC-111000-000 (http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/wwg/search.shtml?searchQuery=ranco+etc-111000-000&op=search&Ntt=ranco+etc-111000-000&N=0&sst=All) (Just wired and tested at 5 a.m. this morning, works like a champ! I'll haul it back and forth between Fall City (Bradley) and Birch Bay (SMI) as needed. This was THE missing piece over the last 20 years!)
Thermometer
Maverick et-71 (http://www.amazon.com/Maverick-RediCheck-Remote-Cooking-Thermometer/dp/B000TKLQJU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1258752673&sr=8-2) (Just ordered, hasn't arrived yet, I have been using a small instant read thermometer for years but don't like opening the door, bought a cheap Chinese digital with a probe at Walmart, broke it the first day. Maybe I should have got the et-73 but with the Ranco controller, I finally really know the temp inside the cabinet anyway!)
Slicer
Chef's Choice 610 (http://www.amazon.com/Choice-610-Premium-Electric-Slicer/dp/B0002AKCOC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1258752857&sr=1-1)
Thermohygrometer
From the hardware store, not at home and don't know the brand. It was about $20, not one of the pricey guys.
Drying chamber
The back half of my daylight basement in Fall City, naturally about 60 F year round here on the Upper Left Coast!
So there you go! That's mine, what's yours?

Current I have designed a wood grill (6' X 3' X 3'.) However, to make my wife happy I'm putting much monies in landscaping at the moment. When that is over I will have my wood grill made by a local iron works.
