Title: Smoking a Turkey on Tuesday and Eating it on Friday

I am smoking a turkey early(Tuesday) for a friend and she will not eat it until Friday.  I will smoke it for 4 -6 hours using maple.  What is the best way to reheat it on Friday?  I am thinking of heating in a foil pan covered with foil and adding some sort of liquid to the pan.  Will this work??  Thanks for your help

The last time I did that I wrapped the Turkey in foil and put it in a 250F oven for about an hour.
