Wife wants some ribs for lunches this week. So i got a rack all rubbed down.

I should already know this from your previous posted techniques, but I'll ask anyway. Did you glaze or sauce and at what point in the smoke? Your ribs have a very nice finish and visual appearance. The interior texture and moisture look perfect. I prefer my ribs to still have a little tug, being loose on the bone but not falling off the bone. I don't always get it right, but yours look exactly right.
