Title: Strips are in and smoking

Got 24 in and 12 that I couldn't fit so will have to do second batch  ;) had these babies sitting cold place for 1 week with salt and seasoning the way my wife does over in Bosnia

Is that the Biltong? I can't remember what it was called.

the Bosnian word for it is Suho Meso
