Title: Question about ABT's
Post by: RAF128 on November 21, 2009, 06:53:16 PM
I read a bunch about these and decided to make some tomorrow.   I've done a lot of reading here and I have decided on the ingredients I'll use.   I even figured out what ABT stands for.   Anyway, the question is
what temp should I smoke at and for how long?

Thanks.   That helps.   Now all I have to do is figure out when the game starts and have make sure I get the deer I shot yesterday cut and wrapped.

I agree with 10.5, long enough to cook the pepper and crisp the bacon. Enjoy.
