I have one in my head ;-)
Did some garage cleaning today, so i didn't get time to try it.. but anyway...

For the holidays..  thinking a "sweet and smoky" treat...
This might be awful, but it might be great...

How about chunks of pork loin (like sliced about 1-1/2" thick, then quartered.
Wrapped in bacon, stuck with toothpicks.

Here's the crazy part...
What if, instead of a regular rub, you rolled the chunks, and then again, the wrapped chunks...
In cinnamon sugar?

How about the infamous ABT's. Cream Cheese stuffed Jalapeno's wrapped with bacon. Just do a search for it you'll find it.
