checking out there sale does anyone have an opinion on the TSM 8 meat grinder and the 5lb stuffer?  Or should I wait and purchase the LEM stuffer and bigger grinder?  Please reply ASAP as this sale end at the end of the month.

Thanks

I was at their store a couple weeks back. Got to see the grinders and stuffers hands on. The 8 grinder is nice. On the lines of the Cabelas low end grinder and should give you great results. The 50510 5lb stuffer has plastic gears. I would opt for the LEM 5lb with metal gears.

As far as mixes and other items they have everything.

I bought their 5 lb stuffer last year and yes it has plastic gears but they send metal one's with order.  It is the deluxe mode.  There are cheaper ones just as good on the market.
