Been awhile since i did some jerky so here is 5 pounds of Lancaster County Amish style jerky.

My mix that was given to me from an Amish friend.

Nepas, I guess this is a redundant question cause if it didn't work well you wouldn't have it, but does it work well and what are they worth.

Yes the Reveo works very well. It cuts the marinade time from 8/24 hours to 20 mins.

Amish jerky is done. This was made for my neighbor for hunting season. YYSSW

I dont expect it to last for next weeks hunt.

Hope you did too.

kiki didnt get any of this. I been trying not to let her have any of the jerky, sticks or sausage because she been getting sorta sick when she eats some. Maybe the cure or salt?

Going to be making a run to Con Yeager. Yeah either I 80 or the Turnpike.
