Title: String Cheese And Almonds

Going with on opening day Monday for me and some of the guys to snack on.


Cheddar/Mozzarela twist string chees. Cold smoked with Apple.

Also did some Cajun almonds, smoked with Alder and temp of 150*

Looking good Nepas. Those cheese sticks took on some good color.

Yeah I tried that tonight gave Rylan 4 string cheese packages and said put these in your pocket so we have a snack in the deer stand. When I seen him munching on one I said Rylan let me have one. Sorry Dad this is the last one and I cant share with you cause you gotta cold. ALL with a sh!t eating grin on his face. Takes after his old man he does, even knows some of the tricks already!! Better watch them cheeses close Nepas they look a lot better then what we had!!
