Title: Seemores Smoked Peanuts
Post by: HawkeyeSmokes on November 29, 2009, 08:01:01 PM
I did a couple racks of these from Seemores post. http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=12255.msg139966#msg139966 I used plain old Planters nuts because that is what I had. They are awesome. I'm sure this would work with other nuts to.  ;D

HES, My nuts need some improvement. ;D

They were ok, just not great. Maybe I did too much smoke and seasoning.

How long did you smoke yours? I went 2 hours for the last batch, used Franks Red Hot to season and then dried in the oven @ 220. Pretty much just followed Seemores ideas and they turned out great both times.

Actually the nuts I did were good. The pork rinds were the ones that got too much smoke and seasoning.
