been lurking on here for a couple of weeks now .i got a bds 6 rack awhile back and been ichin to using it ...im more interested in the sausage making end of things ..ive done some extra old white cheddar and some almonds so far ..i got lots of questions that will come out over time i suppose .. ive no time to deal with it now ..just thought id introduce myself for now
