Title: Sweet Potato Pancakes
Post by: classicrockgriller on December 05, 2009, 09:24:16 AM
I found this package mix at Academy (sporting goods store). I took a cpl pkgs to deer camp and
they were standing there eating them with their hands as they came off the griddle.

I decided to try them again (I didn't get one) under a controlled enviroment.

Also did some scrambled eggs with diced venison salami, green onion tops, and a dapple of sour cream.

Finished meal ..... awesome breakfast! (Cracked black pepper and sea salt on the eggs)

I had put butter on the pancakes but scraped it off after the photo. These are so good you need neither butter or syrup!
