Title: Smoked (cooked) ham
Post by: MAK DADDY on December 06, 2009, 10:28:07 AM
First time I have tried this, it actually turned out a lot more smokey than I thought it would.
Smoked for 1 hour than ramped up to 275 for about 3 hours.
Glazed 10 minutes before pulling.

Dang MAK, that looks good.  One of those spiral sliced fully cooked hams you can buy at a grocery or Sam's Club or something like that?

Looks awesome!  What kind of smoker did you cook that on? ;)

MAK MAK MAK, did I say MAK :)

Thanks for the kudos!
It's a spiral sliced ham from Safeway. We don't have Sam's club but we do have a Costco. I picked up two more there yesterday for our Christmas party coming up. I don't remember the brand of this one but it was a little salty I thought, the Costco ones are always awesome!

I would like to say I created it but really it was the packet that came with the ham :)
