I'm looking for a 'correction' in tomorrow's paper...   That's an insane price, even for Schnucks!

I saw the exact same thing at Sam's for 8.99/lb.

FYI, whole packer briskets are 1.78/lb, flats are $3.59/lb.   Split boston butt (big 16 pound bags) go for $1.38/lb.

I saw a brisket point ( SLICED ???? ) for the first time in my local Publix.

$4.99/lb

They also had corned beef flats for < $3/lb...    I think it might be about time for another Pastrami!
