Title: Hello from Salt Lake!
Post by: smokyjeep on December 07, 2009, 10:17:45 AM
Hello from Salt Lake City Utah! This is great to find a forum about smokers!

I have been smoking meat for about 6 years. I have a Master-built electronic smoker, and
a custom built propane/wood smoker.

WElcome and glad to have you aboard!

We always like to see different forms of smoking.

We have a non-bradley section for smoke/cooks for things that are not done in the Bradley.

Good luck and great smokes.

Here is the custom smoker! It used to be charcoal/wood. But now its propane/wood.
It has a burner in the side box and 2 burners in the main side. Its great for rib night
and tailgate parties! Smoke or grill all in one. It has caps for the 2 stacks for smoking
when its grilling the caps come off for better flow.
