I got pounced on by the TSA for having a bag of microwaved popcorn in my carry-on..   Not sure what kind of odors/chemicals it was emitting, but I got pulled aside right quick.

I'm thinking the Nitrates in that sausage would set off enough alarms to clear the terminal!

As a frequent flyer, I want one of those.....   LOL
Security could be a challenge but everyone on the plane would be buying you drinks !
Just imagine what the cabin would smell like after a trans Atlantic flight
