Hello everybody, I got a bradley six rack digital smoker about four months ago. I really love it. I have smoked pork roasts,ribs,cheese with no problem. Trying some venison bologna tomorrow, bought the kit from lem to try. Any helpful hints to make this turn out good? What flavor pucks would you recomend? Temp and times? Thank you in advance.

Good luck with the bologna. I've got some of the Lem kits, but haven't tried any of them yet.
Yep way up there. I am going to give this kit a try. Sounds pretty straight forward, but time will tell.

Hello everybody, The bologna turned out great, the casing did not look as nice as some of your pics, but i think it went really well for my first batch. I think i am looking into a pid for my six rack digital, I plan to do a lot more bologna and stuff that require low heat. I think i will be able to control the heat a lot better since i know that the temps do swing quite a bit. All in all i am very pleased with my smoker and how the bologna turned out. Thank you all for your help, I am new to smoking but i can say i am addicted!!!!!
SMW, welcome to the forum and yes the smoke bug will bite you hard.
