Title: Briskit Time

I have a 13 pound NC Briskit thawing right now in the whirlpool  :D

Dont know which one i am going to use, Bradley, Lil'Tex or BDS. Weather permitting that is.

We've seen lots of Bradley Briskets lately.   :D

Guess i could be clearer on my abbreviations.

My BDS is Big Drum Smoker. Same as UDS, Ugly Drum Smoker.
