Taby's coach has been wining that he dont get any jerky when I bring it to the games so I thought I would make him some, ya they are starting softball practise allready. Nothing special just some chuck that I ground then mixed in some LEM Back Woods Hickory seasonings. This is after the second grind and the meat that is missing is what it takes to fill one of my tubes for the jerky cannon.

After 7 hr at 155 F its finely ready , now I remember why I quit using beef, I had to use half a roll of paper towels to lat out between each layer of jerky to soak up the grease but it turned out good.

He dont come in the batting cage when they are swingin the bat, Taby dropped him last year with a line drive right back through the hole he throws through.
