I have to WARN you about this place though.
I stated out just to make some pulled pork and ribs.
Have now done Fish and Chicken
I have now been into sausage making ( Andouille, Summer, Breakfast, Snack Stick)
Getting setup to try Bacon.
Getting pulled into alot of the "weird" things that end up tasting great.
My poor grill is feeling neglected.
Get ready for the ride it doesn't stop at ribs it only begins !

Besides planing your first meal, there are a cpl things you can do to get ready.
#1 On Bradley's homepage is an owners manual, take a look at that and you can
get a jump on learning about your new Bradley.
