Yes i did ;D
Sweet! Last time I poked holes in my ribs was when I flipped a 4-wheeler on top of me. ;D
Oh, I'm looking forward to this...
CT and a Jaccard... Giddy up!
Looks great, now what is the difference between NC CT and SC CT?
The only difference is I have some of the NC and none of the SC. ;D :P
I just received 2 bottles of NC.
Nepas... You live too close those crazy Canadians...
Where would be a good place to pick up some CT?
It just shows up at your door one day. Other than that.......Ok I'm just joshin'. I can't find anywhere around me so you might have to see if someone will ship you some.
You can order online.

I got mine while in Charlotte for Thanksgiving, then left it behind, and now I have it.
I think http://www.carolinatreet.com/ is a good place.
FBR, are you near Miami?
Just checked it out....$3.95 a bottle isn't bad.

FBR, are you near Miami?
About an hour and a half North of Miami.
Tip:
Order the big plastic jugs. The 1/2 gallon ones. 2 of them - w/ shipping - is $24.99 to Central IL.
That's the best bang-for-the-buck.

Kinda looks like we might be retiring down south in SC or GA in a couple years when my wife retires from the FAA.
NePas,
Ya didn't do a rack with some Scott's? :D Dangedest stuff I've ever seen, thanks to you putting me on that stuff. Can't begin to see it on the ribs after the overnight sleep in the frig but take one bite after they come out of the smoker and the reaction is "There it is!".
Seriously good looking ribs NePaS. Can't wait to see the end result. Bradley or Traeger gonna get those boys? No matter, they will be great either way!
Your neighbors are gonna love you even more.

Kynola, do you marinate your ribs in Scott's overnight? I have used it as a finishing sauce but not as a marinade.
Scott
Yep, I put 'em in a ziplock bag and poured the Scott's to 'em. Overnight stay in the frig.. Next day, into the smoker, basted 2-3 times.
You definitely could taste the Scott's when they were finished.
