Merry Christmas!

That is way cool.
Have a Merry Christmas.

Great job HR. Very nice.
Very Nice Hady. Was beginning to wonder where you disappeared off to. Hadn't heard from you in a while. Hope you and yours had a wonderful Christmas.
Hady,
Do your Jordanian friends think you have totally taken leave of your senses? I recall you saying that smoked food is pretty much unheard of in Jordan. They may think you're nuts but I bet they also don't turn down an invitation to Hady's house either. ;) I remember the night you were accosted by 6 crazy Jordanian women demanding more smoked cheese and then there was the night you were threatened with bodily harm by a couple of large Jordanian men if you didn't smoke some ribs. :D :D
Congrats again my friend.
KyNola
Very nice HR! Not much more that can be said.
Merry Xmas and Happy New Years to you and your family. ;D
Hady,
WOW!!! That is awesome!!!
Is that an oven on the right side with the chimney?
Ray
Outstanding!
Thanks one and all I really appreaciate your comments and coming from you guys, it really makes it worth the effort.
I managed to get all my BBQ and smoking stuff inside and got out of my wife's kitchen at the same time. That should make her feel happy.
Ky
non of my friends had seen it yet but I am pretty sure they will think I have lost all my sences and that this thing I call smoking has turned into an obssesion.
You are right that this type of cooking is not well known in Jordan. Actually not many people know about it or have ever tasted it. But is seems obvious that once they do, they come back "DEMANDING" more. Whether that would be with a gun, knife or several women towering over your head and make you go out in the middle of the night to buy cheese so that they can have smoked cheese for their get together. At any rate, I am enjoying the physical toil involved ;) and the smiles of satisfaction on their faces.
Hady
HR,
That is the most professional Bradley house that I have ever seen! Great workmanship.
Brad
Ok, I'll bite...
1. "SAHA"?
2. Is that Kermit the frog lounging on top of the door?
Looks great Hady. Top notch. Now get it dirty!
Incredible Hady, that's is almost exactly what I want for mine. I was wondering how you were going to vent it, but it looks like you used one of those attic vents. Wondering how that will work if there's no wind though, do you have an electric fan in there also?

Squirt I was hoping some one would ask me that. Sahar is my wife, Allysar is my daughter, Hady (well you know that one and Abdallah is my son thus SAHA which happens to mean HEALTH in Arabic.
And yes that is Kermit taken in the smoke and waiting for his share.

Kevin that is a free rotating old attic vent that I used. Right under that vent there is a suction fan with a control switch in order to reduce the speed so it does not expedite the smoke flow in the smoker itself.
I had 4 BBRs and three chickens this morning in there with alternating mesquite and apple and it JUST worked brillantly. The vent was rotationg and the smoke was going through like a charm. When I saw that I did one of the old Charley Chaplin jump. You know when he used to jump and hit his two ankels while in the air.... I was elated.

Lucky you don't live in Hawaii - that thing's better looking than most of our houses. Guaranteed someone would snag it right out of your yard to live in or rent out as a "luxury beach condo."
Nice naming convention but I'd have been tempted to go with the season and call it "BAH" (Bradley's Awesome Home). Then again I'm "a bit" of a curmudgeon (which is like saying that nepas smokes "a bit").
Very Nice indeed....

Thanks Brian and I appreciate your help in accomplishing this.

Thanks again

Thanks for your comment.
Building in Jordan always have a guard / doorman and I live in in a four story on in the west of Amman. The doorman stopped by last nigh carrying three messagaes from my upstairs neighbors. Two with complements and one asking how I managed to get the new room addition work permit....and he is a proffessor at a private collage here ;D ;D
