Christmas brought us the smoker and now we got to learn all  about it!

Do you live on the OBX or vacation there? A good friend on mine has a house at Waves, just above Salvo. I went there two years ago and had a great time.

I too just got mine and the good folks here said to be sure to season it as in the instructions. I did and my first smoke turned out great. Lots of freezing rain here to day so I have to wait for my next one.
