Title: how many days i can keep sausage in fridge

Hi
i m little worried about my kielbasa sausage.How many days they will last in a fridge? I can vacuum seal those.

If you vac seal they will keep 3 weeks. I vac seal and freeze for 4 to 6 months.


TIP

Place sausage on cookie sheet and freeze then vac seal. This way the vac wont squish the sausages.
