Took the brick of Dressing and tied the Turkey to cover it.

Breast got a simple Salt/Seasoned Pepper/Black Pepper seasoning

Into the Bradley at 250* 2hrs 40min of Apple smoke Then foil wrapped and in the Traeger at 375 until the breast IT was 170*
Uncovered the foil poked hole in the foil and brown the breast for 30 minutes. Final IT was 181*
