I did a Turkey at Thanksgiving that was Cajun injected and seasoned.
It turned out great and that Turkey was requested at Christmas.
Piece of cake right?
Injected the Bird, Seasoned it and put into the Traeger for a smoke bath.

After 2 hrs of Smoke I pust the temp up to 275* and let it do it's thing.
When the Maverick told me it was time to take the Turkey out, I FOUND THIS!

I foiled the Turkey and brought it to the table and waited till everyone sit down and took the foil off.
It was a good 30 minutes for the laughing to stop before we could eat.
The Turkey itself was great.
I've seen her before.
That turkey has a nice breast.

Wifie said she is gettin a phone call everyday from members of the family that didn't make it for Christmas,
