Hey everyone, new to the forum and smoking foods. Just got a Btadley Digital 4 Rack for xmas. Any advice and on getting started. I am getting ready to start the seasoning tomorrow.

Be sure and season your smoker!

Keep your vent 3/4 to full open while smoking!

Thanks for the love,
I tried to start seasoning it today but once I turned it on the auto loader kept loading bisquettes and there was a "E" beeping in the oven temp reading,
ANy ideas
