Uh... it's kinda hard (not impossible) to shoot yourself just sippin' Jack and watching football on the big screen.

-----
We're going out tonight, and I'm having:
"Whole Roasted Smoked Tenderloin of Beef with Sundried Cherry-Roast Shallot Demi Glaze"
"Served with Boursin Cheese Ribbon Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus with Mission Fig Confit"

(Whatever the heck all that is.)

Happy New Year Y'all!

Squirt, you'd been proud of me...

Our waitress said she was gonna meet all her friends downtown later, and being a good gal, she promised her mom, she'd call her for a ride if she didn't have one.  So, I asked her if she was really gonna make her momma get out at 3am...  She said it's $20 each way if she called a cab, and her mom would come get her (what mom wouldn't?)...

I told her to tell her momma not to worry - and just go to bed.  Flipped her TWO twenties and told her to have real Happy New Year!
Then, I tipped her some "NYE party money"  ;D

----
I can just imagine her tellin' about this...
And all them sayin', "that mean old b#st#rd did WHAT?"

Did that big shiny ball go up?  or down, or whatever it does?
Did they sing that song?
What year is it?

I live in the wrong side of the country, If I lived on the west coast I might actually be able to see the ball drop ;D

If you lived on the West Coast you would be waaaay to close to Caribou. I can just about imagine the trouble you two could get into, especially if you add LQ into the mix!!

Noticed that about Mr. Clark too.  He was also just a tad early hitting zero.  Maybe he wanted the year over too......... ;D
