Title: New smoker delivered yesterday but I need help?

Just wondering what I should do if my feeder stack seems over extended.  It currently is on an angle and couldn't possibly advance pucks if I started smoking.

Anybody else have this problem?

Sometimes the housing gets put on wrong or is loose. Push the housing around and it should sit flat.

If you can't move it around from the opening, you may have to take it a part to straighten it out.

Here are disassemble, and reassemble directions for the generator.
