Title: Cheese Smoke Today

Doing 8 small blocks today. Its like 29* so this will be a good day for it.

It's 29*?  I'm several hours South of you and it's 15* here!  Not even supposed to get to 29* as the high today.  What gives?  It's that darned Al Gore's fault I guess. :D

Maybe its all the heat from my smokers  ;D  or closer to the sun  ;D or el nino or my warm smiling personality  ;D or oh heck i dont know  :D  ;D

Yea Rick, what gives? Its 16 here and not supposed to warm up till Tuesday.  :)
I'm headed out in a little while to blow some snow around, its windy out so it probably will not do much good.

Those cherries sounded good.

It's currently 26, light snow and very windy up here.  I'm going to try to get into some cheese this week also.  Pretty well finished up the last batch.

Did you use any cabin heat for the cheese?
