when pressing the advance button should a puck drop right away or do you have to wait 20 min

It should advance one right away and also should start the 20 min cycle over
Remember only need to push the button for a second or two don't need to hold it in

Should go right away.  On mine, it won't work right away when plugged in, kinda like it has to warm up a touch first.  About 10 minutes in, I can hit it and it'll go.

thanks for the info, button would not do anything, pulled box apart and wires to motor not pluged in, works like you said now thanks.
