Title: Sam's baby back ribs

I decided to go to Sam's today not really looking to buy anything. They had baby back ribs with an expiration date of 01/11/10 for $2.00 per pound.
I bought 16 lbs and tomorrow I will check to see if the price is lower.

Great find!  Those cryovac packages, 2 racks or 3 per pack?

I have 2 packs of Sam's baby back ribs smoke'n as we speak.

I paid $2.98 a pound.

Good deal - Our Sam's usually gets $2.88 - 3 to a cryo pack.

That was a steal... I am going to Sam's tomorrow first thing and see what they got that I need... I have to get some more spice's...
