Title: Reheating rib question
Post by: KyNola on January 10, 2010, 10:45:18 AM
Hey everyone,
I have some ribs in the freezer that had been smoked.  Anyone ever tried reheating the ribs by boating them?  I'm giving that a shot today and the liquid in the foil wrap is Scott's BBQ sauce and Coor's Light.  I was out of apple juice and a guy's go to do with what he's got.  Anybody ever tried boating ribs with liquid to do a reheat?  BTW, I didn't thaw them first.  Any thoughts?

Yes and they turned out great.
I used 325 deg and depending on how done and tender they were to begin with, will determine how long to leave them in reheating as this method will continue to tenderize them.
