Got a package of pork ribs out yesterday. Last night we rubbed them with yellow mustard, and then covered with a blend of seasonings that we got from this Forum, but we don't remember what was in it.
We smoked them in the Bradley for 7 hours at 225 degrees with mesquite.
FYI it was 8 degrees outside today, so it took a while for the Bradley to get up to 225.

Time to cover with our favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy:

Looks great seemore. I'll be right over. 8) ::)
And all I got is a Bowl of chicken noodle soup.
I use to love grillin ribs and I just don't do them as much in the Bradley.
Think I fell in love with big butts. I need to get back to them. We have a
groc store that puts them on sale once a month for .99lb. Cheap eats.
Boy oh boy those look good.
