It will be next month before I age another Prime Rib. When I do I will photo it for you. At the moment I just started ageing an 18 pound chuck that I will grind up for hamburger. It has at least another 17 days to go. So it might be a total of 5-6 weeks before I take that picture. I like to age a rib at least 21 to 30 days after I get it before I break the cryo pack and cut the meat.
