Hi all. new to the Bradley, just ordered a 6 rack digital. looking forward to learning and sharing.
The only electric smoker I have used in the past was my father inlaw's masterbuilt (and worked well) but after looking around on line, looks like the Bradley is the way to go.
Welcome bueller.
You'll like your new toy!
Remember to keep the vent open and the smoke roll'n.
thank ya & will do
Welcome Ferris! :D

Be sure and season your smoker first.
If you have any question, just ask.
Welcome Bueller,
You are well on your way to smoking nirvana! You will never look at barbecue from the restaurant the same way now. You will always compare it to how good yours is! Just remember us guys like pics. Don't keep us in suspense.
lol (ferris) thanks lumpy. bueller is really because of all the motorcycles i have owned over the years and a few hot Buells ;)

What happens is that moisture will build up in the tower, (keeping temps down, since moist air has more mass to heat) and eventually it will do two things:
1. Cause smoke to backup into your smoke generator, destroying it over time.
2. Cause black goo (condensed smoke) to rain down on your food. Not good eats at all.

Welcome. The good thing about the smoker is you get to eat your rewards instead of bugs!
I had a jap Harley wannabe for a while, never got the chance to graduate to the real thing. Maybe someday.
