I sent him some cheese curds because he had never had them, and lo and behold he sent me some of his smoked goodies, WOW, is all I can say, my son fell for the creamy horseradish one, the wife and I loved them all. The snack sticks were also excellent as was the pepperoni.
I will now be trying to make the snack sticks myself and my son is heading to the cheese factory this Saturday, oh boy!!!!
I was hoping the cheeses I sent were something you had not tried before. The snack stick recipe is on the recipe site. I'm glad you and the family enjoyed them. Those cheeses were smoked before Christmas so they had plenty of time to mellow and get really good. :)
