1/3 section of a Sams Pork Loin, the other 2 sections are curing for Canadian Bacon.
I got a pretty nice smoke ring on this loin...it was delicious.

You know, chips aint that good....but when you cut them yourself and fry them up they turn into a delicacy. ;D

UTZ are pretty good, made here in Hanover PA, York County
Anyone needs any just lemme know. We have just about all the UTZ chips and stuff at our local stores.

More like Old Bay.
We can only find the 'plain' UTZ chips here. Not the 'crabby' ones. I got 2 bags in Williamsburg, VA, and brought one home (carefully) in my my carry on luggage. Tasty stuff!
I don't think you can compare Old Bay to plain Lawry's.. It's got something extra in it.
I found out that I have family that can get them.
I'm going to trade for plantain chips.
