Title: Another Texas boy here

I have been a Bradley owner for about 2 years now and read the forums often. Haven't done a lot of smoking with it so far. Have always used a regular smoker. Have lots of questions and will post them up. You guys seem to be a great help.

Hi LW and welcome to the forum.  Use the Bradley and relax some.  You'll put your 'regular' smoker away  ;D

If the Bradley is not your regular smoker, you do need to ask some question so we can get you on the right road!

Am from Texas also and I love my Bradley.

After buying my Bradley I sold off my other 2 regular smokers.

Welcome littlewheel, Texas - you'd better watch out for the smokin monkey, but I think you'll be ok for a while as it appears he's all confused running around in circles in a square box.
