Scott's ONE + ONE (inside & out)?
Would that be "Flaming Snake Eyes" Butt?

Big time wind and rain today so its garage smoke time.

Injected with scotts and rubbed with salt pepper. Will get 2 hours scotts basting. 225* and pecan smoke.

How big is the butt NePaS?  It looks 5-7 pounds.

I wish I could smoke in the garage.  Unfortunately, the garage is under the house and borders it on two walls.  The house just gets too smokey.  >:(

Almost 7 lbs

My garage is detached and we dont park in it so smoking is cool. My venting is a roll up door  :D

Notice the Scotts spice in the meat  ;D  The bear paws make quick work of shredding.

Lunches for wife and daughter this week.

I dont know what it is about the difference in heat between my 4 rack and 6 rack. I can crank the 6 to 275*, my 4 rack i was lucky to get 190-225* out of it even with my PID   ???

Looks really good NePas.  Noticed all the spices in the finished product.  So Scotts has a lot of red pepper and/or paprika I imagine.  Is it vinegary or ketchup based?

Label says: Vinegar, pepper and 'spices'.

That is strange.  They both have the same power rating on the heaters.  I've never gotten my OBS over 235 empty, no matter where I plug it in.

I wish Bradley had a 'replacement' 750 watt element.  But then it would have to go through UL approval, etc.

Its a vinegar based sauce. Pretty good though and with a mild kick  ;D
