Title: Adding cheese to snack sticks
Post by: pfowl01 on January 26, 2010, 12:57:27 PM
Hello everyone,
I was thinking about adding some high temp cheese to some of the snack stick recipes, but was wondering how much I should add per 5lbs?

I go 10% cheese to total meat/fat weight.
