Post by: NePaSmoKer on January 27, 2010, 08:13:06 AM
I gotta take pics of this when i do them next time.

2 cups shelled whole walnuts
2 1/2 T melted butter
2 t dried crushed rosemary
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 t cayenne pepper

Preheat smoker to 225*

Mix salt, peppers and rosemary with the melted butter. Mix walnuts into the butter mix to coat. Place walnuts on your mesh covered Bradley rack and smoke with your fav puck for 20 mins. Lay smoked walnuts on a drying rack to cool.  You can also dehydrate at this time to crisp en up.

Oh, those sound wonderful!  I could see making a cheeseball  and rolling it in these nuts.  And of course, eating them as is!!!!
